Assignments out! + 4 initial pinch hits

Assignments for the summer 2023 round of Multifandom Doodle have been sent out!

Before assignments were sent, one signup had to be deleted due to a fandom request in the signup breaking the exchange rule "You can only request and offer characters/relationships that are in the tagset" as well as skirting the no-railroading rule. Normally signups will not be deleted due to breaking the rules, however in this case the deleted signup had only requested 3 distinct fandoms; had only requested 1 (rule-breaking) tag/prompt under 1 of these fandoms; and was unresponsive for over 24 hours when emailed. Since the participant was unresponsive, the only way to proceed with matching was to remove the rule-breaking request, and by removing the rule-breaking request the signup became ineligible for the exchange due to only having 2 unique fandoms. After matching ran, four gifters were unmatchable on offers and those gifters were matched at random to a recipient who requested Creator's Choice of Fandom. Additionally, several recipients have been assigned two gifters each.
