Nominations closed + final clarifications

Nominations for the summer 2023 round of Multifandom Doodle have closed -- thank you to everyone who nominated! You can check out the tagset here.

There is one specific clarification question:

group: Thrawn | Mitth'raw'nuruodo/ hera syndulla
This tag was not automatically associated by AO3 and wasn't disambiguated by the nominator. Does it belong in Star Wars Legends, Star Wars: All Media Types, or somewhere else? If this is not clarified before signups open, I will put it in All Media Types.
 

Signups will open by end of day tomorrow, May 29. Please take a moment to check any fandoms you might be interested in requesting/offering in the tagset and comment here or email multifandomdoodle@gmail.com if you notice anything amiss such as misspelled tags, duplicate tags, tags that don't have "group:"/"object:"/"place:"/etc. in front of them when they should, or misassociated/migrating tags. Also, please feel free to email/comment if you have any last minute additions you would like to make. Changes cannot be made after signups open.

Huh! I thought I nominated that under Star Wars: Rebels. The n. names might have to be switched.

Thank you! Regardless of the fandom you nominated under, non canonical tags are known to not automatically associate or otherwise "migrate" in tagsets, it is just a thing AO3 does and has nothing to do with how you nominated it. In this exchange, since relationships and objects get nominated as "characters", it is more likely to happen. For tags that didn't auto associate it is really easy for mods to manually fix as soon as we know where the tag was intended to go :)

A lot of exchange participants disambiguate with the fandom in parentheses behind the tags they nominate due to this but it isn't required in this exchange because if a tag doesn't get associated, I just ask about it on here.

Hi, sorry, I just noticed - Link (Adventure of Link) has been put under all the Zelda games, when really he should only be under 'Zelda II: Adventure of Link'. Being specifically disambiguated to that one game and, whatever ao3's tagging system would like to say, the different links have different designs, personalities, and backstories. Designs most important here.

Addition: Link (Majora's Mask) has also managed to float into a couple of other Zelda titles. Ocarina of Time its the same Link so I guess its fine, but Skyward Sword it very much isn't.

(Sorry the Zelda tags are a horrible mess always)
